Sessions Through the Day

6:00 – 8:00 AM

Morning Activation

Joint mobility, light cardio locomotion, and breathwork to awaken the body as morning light fills the landscape. Includes gentle squats, arm circles, and walking lunges.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Midday Movement

A balanced blend of strength and flow. Bodyweight circuits using parks and open spaces — push-ups, step-ups, balances, and dynamic stretches under midday sun.

5:00 – 7:00 PM

Evening Wind-Down

Slow, restorative sequences focusing on hip mobility, spinal rotation, and deep breathing. A calm close to your day in the open air.
